The weather was typical for this time of year, rain and more rain. The weather forecaster that morning on the local radio had wanted nothing more than to pack in his job and be done with it. He seemed to have a point, if the weather was going to be the same for the next few weeks what reason was there for him to tell people daily what they could look out their windows to see.
Daniel switched the lunch time news off and wiped his greasy hands on an oil rag. Tucking the rag into the back pocket of his overalls he turned to look at the girl who had been helping him run the place for over two years now. Daniel was a master and he could very well have taken Shiva off the block himself but he never liked to mix business with pleasure or one type of business with another. Knowing that he had wanted nothing more than to force himself on her the first time she had come for an interview, he was glad now he had restrained himself. The girl was dynamite under the hood of any car or with any engine.
With a smile in her direction he gave a curt nod, she was sexy as hell and business at the old garage had boomed considerably since she began working for him. It seemed just about anyone with a vehicle malfunction came to them now. Yep, business was booming and he sure as hell was glad of it. Walking over and looking into the hood of the mustang she was working on, his hand trailed to her firm ass and gave it a pat. There was no longer anything sexual in his touches to her, more times than not he felt like her damn big brother. More was the pity. She had told him of course about her new master, her face lighting up with the mere mention of his name.
"I'm going up to lie down for a bit, hold down the fort here" he winked before heading upstairs to the apartment he had over the garage. Shiva had been living in a trailer out the back until her new master had asked her to move in. Heading upstairs he knew full well his garage was in safe hands.

The mustang was proving trickier than she had originally anticipated. Wiping her brow with the back of her hand she smeared a black line of grease across her forehead, another to match the thumb streak on her cheek. Shiva kicked the tool box near her foot and sighed as she looked out of the garage door at the rain pounding down on the garage forecourt. Customers were still rolling in but at least she didn't have to go out to serve them, Tina who worked the till in the shop front took care of the gas pushers.
Raising hands up to grip the edge of the lifted bonnet she glared at the engine. The fault was fixable of course her mind just wasn't in it today. If she were honest with herself ever since Lex had bought her, Shiva did very little in the way of work. Her mind was taken up with him completely, twice that day she had to stop herself from going to her old trailer round the back and touching herself up simply because she remembered how he had kissed her that morning or how he had allowed her to pleasure him.
A hand on her ass, gentle pat to indicate her boss was by her side caused her to smile in his direction. Daniel was a good man, nothing more could be said about that and she often wondered why he had never tried to take her off the block himself. Knowing full well how often he stared at her and how he did. But so much time had passed now and two years of working as his assistant at Kay's named after his mother, Shiva knew he wouldn't even attempt to touch her or force himself on her not even while drunk. Besides Lex he was the only other human being she felt completely save with.
Nodding as he left to go upstairs, she slammed down the hood of the bonnet and undid her overalls, lowering them to her waist and tying them in a knot there. She wore a white tight ti-shirt beneath that and often she wondered why she insisted on white knowing it was a killer to keep clean but still she did it. Walking out into the rain she let it pour down over her. Running her hands back over her hair to slick it back from her face, Shiva leaned against the door frame simply watching the rain clouds empty their load.
