Built in the late 1980's as a gift to his slave Shelby, Benton Phoenix had the papers signed over to his illegitimate daughter after her mother died unexpectedly in 2006. The house is in good condition as Benton refuses to actually see or speak to his daughter, he instead does everything to ensure she is well provided for. If she had been a mistress then there is no doubt that he would have secured a better father/daughter relationship but it is too embarrassing for him to have a slave for a daughter. Even one as willful and full of vitality as Russia.
The house was built on an acre of land on the outskirts of Creighton, the garden around it gets a trimming once a month but otherwise Russia leaves it be. A garage to the side of the house is home for her car and bike another gift from her absentee father. The house itself has a front and back porch, three bedrooms which since her mothers passing have been changed; one into a gym and another into storage room for her ski's, boards and other extreme equipment. One bathroom upstairs and one en-suite with shower.
A large kitchen come dining room downstairs, a living room, utility room and a toilet.
Both porches have a bench and a swing seat, something her mother always loved.
