Sam had the weekend off he had phoned his mother to let her know that he was coming home for the weekend, he still had his room in one of the many rooms his family had. Sam had told his mother to not let anyone else know he was coming home he wanted to keep that as a surprise for his sisters. Sam's father died when he was six a heart attack in a conference meeting, his mother had never forgotten it he would sometimes find her staying late up at night drinking and looking at photo's of him. Sam wondered how school was going for Amelia he hadn't spoken to her in over a week and a lot has happened to Sam. Amelia would probably like it very much that he had now bought three slaves.
Sam climbed onto his bike and turned the engine on, his bike was brought by his older sister as a gift for entering college life he loved her for that. Sam roared down the street towards uptown. The O'Malley family lives in a five story mansion they got the home flown here from Ireland. Sam was born inside their home. Sam's oldest sister remembered them moving the house. Sam smiled at these thoughts as he road his bike down the street, he turned as he roared down towards the front gates.
Sam stopped at the front gate and waved at the female security guard, Sam had many fun Serenity opened the huge gate and Sam drove in he parked his bike in the garage. It was eight in the morning on Saturday, he noticed one of the butler's walk pass. "Morning Wayne." Sam said to him. Wayne smiled and said good morning back. Sam walked up towards the door and two other butlers’s opened the doors. "Hello? Amelia? Anyone?" Sam asked wondering where his family was.

School was the ever encompassing drag it always was, it didn't help when you were infinitely more intelligent than the fools who called themselves teachers. Amelia waved to her classmate Chloe who was her usual ride home, mainly as Amelia kept flunking drivers ed. The fact that the guy running the show constantly flirted with her and put her off entirely might have had something to do with it. She knew she could drive well enough but her mother point blankly refused to let her and though she could easily forge herself up a license it was the one thing she didn't do.
After their father died and her mother became the suburban basket case, a walking cliche for widows in this neck of the woods making alcohol her best friend instead of off loading on her kids or a shrink, Amelia tended to behave herself for her mother. Well, for her mother and her brother Sam. She got on well enough with her sisters but Sam was her hero and always would be. He had taken the place of her father in her heart as much as he possibly could and though she did dearly miss her father, Sam made up for it in trumps.
Moving the bag that carried her laptop, i-phone she waved noncommittally to the help. Dropping the bag to a chair she stood still then looking about her. Something was different but she wasn't sure. A voice. A smile broke across her face and she ran in the direction it came from. "Sam!" she flung herself about his neck as if she were to wrestle him to the ground. Giggling she playfully punched his arm as she stayed on his back like the all too familiar piggy back rides he used to give her when she was younger. "Why didn't you tell me you were coming?"

Sam had his bag over his shoulders he wondered where his family had gotten to but in a huge five story home they could be anywhere. Wayne kept on popping in every now and again asking if he needed anything. Wayne had been working for the family for years ever since their mum was at college. Wayne had been their mothers slave and thus he now worked as a butler he was actually head butler of many. Sam and Amelia had a bond so strong that couldn’t be broken no matter what they did to each other. Sam had to grow up fast living in a huge family with only females but that didn’t mean that he didn’t have sex with every female he could, Amelia knew this of course.
Suddenly he could here footsteps, footsteps that were running towards him looking around he didn’t have the time to react as Amelia flung herself around his neck. Smiling he herd his sister’s comment. Amelia stayed on his back like the times he gave her piggy back rides when she was younger. “Wanted to surprise you of course where’s mum? Rang her about thirty minuets ago saying I was coming over. I’m staying for the weekend don’t have to anything until Monday.” Sam explained to his sister. “So tell me everything that’s happened to you in the last week. I bought myself three slaves. Found all three while on the market site on last sunday.” Sam explained to her. “Got any boyfriends that I have to beat up yet?” Sam teased Amelia he loved to tease his little sister.

Amelia chuckled as he carried her for a bit, he was strong as an ox and she was as light as a feather. "Mum" she slid down from his back then rolling her eyes, she loved her mother totally but was fed up of her hiding herself at the bottom of a bottle when she thought no one knew about it. "Mum is out cold in her room probably. I've just gotten in from school so I don't know" she shrugged then winking at Wayne as he walked into the room turned around and walked back out again.
"That guy is anal" she laughed stuffing her hands into her back pockets as she waited for their faithful but ever watchful butler to leave them. She had known Wayne since she was about knee high to a grasshopper, he was always there but of late probably since their mothers drinking intensified he had become more watchful of her especially.
"You're staying the whole weekend?" she looked at him dubiously for a moment before sinking into an armchair and throwing her legs over the arm of it as her head dangled over the other arm, "does that mean we get to spend time with you or..." she listened then as he told her about buying three slaves. Amelia didn't mind the whole slave deal really, providing it was other people and not herself. She had other things to concern herself with and yet each and every member of her family insisted she try harder to get herself one.
A few had turned out ok but something always went pair shaped, the whole sex thing really. Even if she got a female slave the stupid girl would invariably crawl into her bed late at night thinking that Amelia liked that whole thing when the truth was opposite entirely. Even the last male slave she had, couldn't help stripping off for her at the drop of a hat.She knew Sam liked his slave girls and also knew he loved having sex with them, she seriously wished he didn't feel the need to inform her of his latest goings on though.
"No boyfriends jackass" she chuckled, where in the world would she have time for one, "actually matey" she sat up to look at him her hands playing with a tassle on the cushion. "I got myself a slave". She said no more leaving the air of mystery wide open.

Sam loved her mother dearly he would do anything for her anything at all. Sam would do anything for his family. Their father’s company was given to Sam as the only male heir to the family’s name, at the age of seventeen after so many years of their mother looking after Sam was granted full usage of the company but his sisters helped him run it. Next year he hopped that Amelia would help him she was incredibly smart. Sam remembered his very first contract singing when he bought a hotel in Hong Kong. Amelia was with him because she wanted to see Hong Kong again. Sam loved that trip though he had seen Hong Kong before many times before though there was always something different about the place, kind of like a mystery that needed to be solved.
Sam loved going to other countries and buying and building hotels, well he didn’t build them but he signed the contracts for them to get built. Sam nodded to Amelia as told him about their mother. Sam laughed at Amelia’s comment about Wayne. “Oi Wayne do you know where our mother is?” Sam asked as Wayne came over once more. “Mistress O’Malley is sleeping Sir. She passed out just after she got of the phone with you I gather that she will be out for a while I had the doctor to check up on her to make sure she was alright.” Wayne replied. The family had their own doctor as well, the family pretty much had everything they wanted. Sam nodded in reply and turned back to Amelia. Sam laughed. “Well I saw them during the week so I could spend the entire weekend with my family.” Sam replied to her. “Oh really and who is this slave?” Sam asked.

Amelia grinned at her brother, he was her most absolute favorite person in the entire universe and yet he treated all his slaves abominally. She knew he had sex with all of them, he never made any bones about it, not even to her. Her sisters were the same, their sexual exploits with slaves seemed like a great dinner conversation while Amelia went crimson and more sullen by the minute. She was still a virgin and had kissed a couple of guys but nothing at all serious, all more practise runs if anything. Even once the hands of a former slave had made their way up her top but as soon as he touched over her bra she had nearly died and couldn't go through with it. Someday she knew she would but she simply just wasn't there yet.
Wayne got hounded for the whereabouts of their mother and he replied in kind. Her eyes rolled again, when wasn't their mother in bed sleeping off a drunken state. It was becoming more and more frequent. "We should consider sending her to rehab you know" she muttered sliding her head back over the arm of the chair once more.
The topic of conversation was thrown back at her and she should have expected it when she had mentioned that she had gotten herself a slave. It was rare enough for her to do so.
"Uhm... just Dean. Dean Jones a guy from my class. He had a bit of a hard time with his last owner so... well, he's alright you know. Thought I'd cut him a break is all" she played it off as coolly as she could hoping he wouldn't read into the fact that she liked the guy and hoping he wouldn't remember the incident last year when their sisters had gotten at her laptop and opened up a web page she had created. Poems and prose all leading one way, basic soft romance stuff but though the characters were all fictional the one male name kept appearing in all of them. Dean.

Sam was worried about his mother she really needed more than just a doctor to pop in every now and again. Sam looked up the huge staircase that would lead to the five floors, down the corridor and to the left would be their mothers room asleep from yet another alcohol related problem. “We should. We should have a family meeting soon and talk about what we’re going to do with her. Mom needs help and she probably won’t like us sending her to rehab but what else can we do? Ever since father’s death she’s been like this we should have picked this up ages ago I dunno what to do.” Sam replied with a sigh they really needed to get together and talked about what they would do.
Sam listened to Amelia as she spoke about her new slave being Dean Jones, he had never herd of the name before and he couldn’t put a name to the face. “Well good for you anyway.” Sam replied to Amelia smiling, he loved to tease her a lot but she meant everything to him. Amelia was the youngest sister and he had suck a bond with her. Sam knew that he had sex with his slaves hell they talked about it over dinner but he didn’t know if Amelia had sex with her own slaves she had said nothing when all the talks where happening and he hadn’t thought of it anymore. Sam sat down on one of the arm chairs. “Amelia wanted to know. I’m going back to Hong Kong next week, would you like to come with me? It’s just going to be three days need to do the last bit of signing before the hotel gets built.” Sam explained to Amelia.

Amelia looked at her beloved brother from her awkward position on the armchair and shook her head. She loved their mother just as much as the rest of them but she had to live with her while the others had their dorms and got to hang out at their friends places whenever. All of Amelia's prize possessions were in this house so she seldom went to crash at anyone's pad but her own. She'd be lost without her computer and though she had her laptop that went everywhere with her, privacy at anyone of her friends houses was not easy to come by.
Their mother was a drunk and soon she would become a violent one if she were refused any. Already three times this week she had roared abuse at Amelia for no reason and had thrown an empty bottle at Wayne's head who had the foresight to duck, so that it only crashed against the wall.
"It's not up to Mom what is best for her anymore, she thinks that's at the bottom of a bottle. Call a meeting but you know my views on it already. She goes to rehab Sam..." her voice became choked with emotion, trying to stay the tears that threatened. It was difficult putting up with their mother, it was horrible to witness the semi naked woman dancing about the house late at night convinced she was dancing with her dead husband. Amelia was exhausted as was Wayne with caring for her. ".. or I move out."
It was an ultimatum she had been considering ever since her own mother had roared that Amelia was nothing but a slut. That had wounded her greatly, especially considering that Amelia was still very much a virgin. She mildly cheered up at his reaction to her getting a slave, giving him a weak smile before slumping her head back over the side of the armchair again. Samuel mentioned Hong Kong and she felt her spirits plummet big time at least until he asked her to go with him. Her smile widened considerably then and she was off the armchair and flinging her slender arms about his waist. "Damn right I want to go" she grinned.

Sam just looked around he really should find the time to come back here more often but with college their mother was getting to be a real problem that the family. Sam had a few phone calls from his other sisters saying the she had abused Amelia a few times though he hadn’t said anything to Amelia he wanted to know what could be done about their mother. Rehab was the most logical idea that the family could think of and better put her in the place before their mother did something seriously wrong. “Well we’ll put her in Rehab I’ll make the phone calls latter. If Rehab doesn’t work then I don’t know what we will do. If you want me to make the phone calls mother can be placed in Rehab by the end of the weekend she needs to straighten herself up.” Sam replied to Amelia.
Sam nodded in reply as Amelia suggested their mother should move out as well. Sam totally agreed with everything that his sister was saying but they had to try Rehab first she was their mother after all. Sam brushed his hands through his hair he always did that when he was thinking about something or stressed out. Their mother had stressed Sam out, it was one of the reasons why he moved out to the dorms at college. Amelia knew this of course, he had told her his reasons when he first enrolled at college and his sister knew what it meant when he brushed his hands through his hair like that. Sam laughed when Amelia flung her arms around his waist. Taking out his phone Sam dialed the airport. “Yeah two tickets to Hong Kong please. Sam O’Malley and Amelia O’Malley first class too thanks. Yeah the seven o’clock one at night would be perfect thanks love.” Sam put his phone in his pockets once more. Wayne walked back into the room. "You're mother is awake and throwing up in the bathroom." Sam just sighed.

She was glad he was home and taking care of things or at least she had thought he would but shuffling the responcibility of arranging a rehab for their mom was not exactly taking the reigns from her was it? She loved her brother dearly and knew why he had left the family home to live it up back in his dorm, she also knew he had the stresses of the family company to deal with. Couldn't one of the others have done this then? Why the family and house stuff had to fall on her shoulders and the business end on Sam's was beyond her. The other sisters seemed to simply swan in and out when they felt like it. She sighed moving herself from his arms after he placed the phone call for their tickets as Wayne came into make the annoucement on their mothers condition.
Amelia's face pinched together in exasperation before she stormed off in the direction of the swimming pool. "Deal with it then!" she yelled back, something she was not in the common practice of doing but she was seriously fed up with it all. Pushing the door open to the large indoor pool they had, she went to her changing room and grabbed her all in one swimsuit, it took her no time at all to change her clothing and make her way back out to the pool. Climbing the diving board she fumed, this was one of the only releases she had when things got too much to bear. Higher she climbed until at the very top, walking out as the board swayed gently beneath her feet she padded to the edge.
Taking a deep steadying breath she dove off, gliding through the air with grace and ease. She broke through the water effortlessly and emerged once again to swim in precise strokes to the edge of the pool.

Sam was happy that he was home for the weekend but not happy at the same time if that was possible. Sam looked around wondering what they should do with their mother he knew that Amelia said she would move out if they couldn’t do anything for their mother but Sam didn’t want that to happen he didn’t want their mother to drive Amelia out of the home for no reason, Amelia had the right to their home as much as anyone else did. Sam nodded in reply when Amelia said to deal with it. Sam dialed the number to the rehab that was outside of town. After a while on the phone Sam had made arrangements for them to pick their mother up on Monday morning at eight. Sam had wondered what their mother’s reaction was going to be when she found out that her children had called rehab to take her away.
It wasn’t the children’s fault, Sam thought to himself. Sam noticed that Amelia was going to the pool, he realized that he hadn’t been in that pool for months and thought with the weather like it was a swim would be lovely. Sam walked up to his room and opened the door, everything was in it’s place even the book he left on his bed was still there, he had been looking for it for months he wanted to read it again. Sam found his swimming board shorts and changed into them. Running back downstairs Sam made his way to the indoor pool the family had. Sam walked into the indoor poll just as Amelia dived into the pool from the diving board. Sam ran and dived in. Coming up for air Sam looked around and spotted his sister. “The rehab people will be here at eight on Monday morning I’ll be there.” Sam explained.
